V-Guard Industries Ltd., the parent company of Vintes Solutions, was established in 1977. From a single product company, it has expanded its portfolio of household products to include UPS systems, water heaters, water pumps, motor starters, water purifiers, solar water heaters, ceiling fans and domestic electric wiring cables. V-Guard has tapped into alternative energy sources, and has set up a wind farm as a part of its effort at environment conservation.

V-Guard today is a household name across India, and currently has an annual turnover in excess of INR 2400 million. V-Guard provides direct employment to more than 1200 people and indirectly to over 10000 people. It has a network of 150 distributors, 75 service centers and over 8000 retailers across the country, to serve more than 52 million satisfied customers.

V-Star Creations promoted by V-Guard is today a leading manufacturer and exporter of inner wear and ready-to-wear range for men and women.

The V-Guard group entered into the amusement park business in the year of 2000 with the launch of Veegaland, a water theme park located in Cochin. The success of Veegaland prompted the company to set up another water theme park aptly named Wonderla in Bangalore with an investment of over INR 1300 million. These two ISO certified world class parks are running successfully and attract over 1.5 million visitors each year.
